BP Mezzanine Opportunity Fund
The BP Mezzanine Opportunity Fund (“Fund”) seeks exposure to short-term debt originated to real estate investment businesses and secured by residential properties. The Fund targets a high return by facilitating higher-leverage, higher-yield first-lien mortgage debt and by financing working capital originated to real-estate investment entrepreneurs.

Investment Strategy
The Fund will invest in real estate debt also funded by institutional private credit. Our team has unique access to finance the mortgage and working capital needs of seasoned real estate entrepreneurs. The Fund will solve the total capital needs of these entrepreneurs and attach at a discount to the intrinsic value of real estate securing our positions, obtaining a relatively high return with the subordinated risk exposure of debt and a significant margin of safety.
